Given the complex nature of international medical tourism, we and our partners are proud to offer the "Satisfaction Guarantee" to ensure you can make decisions with complete peace of mind.
 
Although we have adopted transparent and advanced treatment equipment and methodologies, the inherent complexity of medical care means there remains an unavoidable possibility of unsatisfactory treatment outcomes or treatment failure. We and our partners hereby commit that, in the event of the above circumstances, we will provide you with free re-treatment within the warranty period *, or you may request a part/full refund* of medical expenses *at any time.

Clarifications
 
1. Warranty Period: As shown on the quotation list.

2. Medical Expenses:Include medical fees paid to the clinic (i.e., the amount on your medical quotation). Other expenses , such as travel and accommodation costs are excluded as we do not collect these fees.

3.Part for unsatisfactory treatment outcome/ Full for Medical failure 

4. If you are unable to visit the clinic for support :Please provide appropriate documentation to prove that the medical results did not meet expectations or the treatment failed. We will respond within three working days.
